- Covenants are sort of like Factions the player can dedicate himself/herself to that grant benefits. These usually effect only Online play, but not always. There are expected to be a similar number of Covenants in Dark Souls 3 that there were in previous Souls games (9).
Will Soul Memory Return?
- Soul Memory will not make a return in Dark Souls 3.
